Why you need to know your Gene Keys

I’m going to tell you about one of my favorite spiritual tools: the Gene Keys.

Now, if you are familiar with Human Design, then you might have heard of the Gene Keys. Your incarnation cross in Human Design is actually made up of your gene keys - that’s where those 4 numbers come from! However, the Human Design system doesn’t go that deep into what those numbers really mean, which is why I decided to go way deeper and learn about the gene keys themselves.

The gene keys were created by Richard Rudd and they go deep into our innate genetic shadows and gifts. Meaning that they are SO helpful in understanding our shadow sides, so that we can grow through those into our gifts and our highest selves.

I dive into the personal gene keys of each of my mentorship clients, and every person always says, “Wow, this could not be more on point for me!” because it’s in their innate make up! The gene keys help us understand why the challenges we face are the way they are. The gene keys help us understand why we have particular patterns or cycles that we deal with, and they also teach us how to break those cycles once and for all!

My gene keys are so resonant with the work I do. I have the gene keys of the Akashic Records (of course) and of the darkness and shadows of humanity (transmutation and transfiguration). This is exactly the work I do - and reading and learning about the gene keys has helped me SO much in deepening my personal transformation and guiding my clients through their own shadows into the light.
