Trauma Healing for the whole self ; Spiritual + Somatic + Emotional + mental healing
To explain TOTALITY, I have to start with the back story of how I discovered it:
3 summers ago I went through a series of seriously traumatic events that on a human level activated intense PTSD, and on a spirit level served as the most potent initiation of my life (even more so than my initiation with Lyme disease which is saying something!).
After this series of traumatic events, I entered a deep healing portal. During this time, I used all of the shamanic healing methods I had ever been taught, stretching the limits of what I knew I could do and uncovering more avenues of healing. My medicine was put to the test. I was constantly pushed: how much deeper could I go? How much more healing could I embody? How much more intimately could I understand the shamanic path and the life I have chosen to live?
During this time, my womb work deepened as well, and I brought to life the Shamanic Womb Alchemy rites I teach today.
I explored avenues of healing I had never tried before. I spent nearly a year doing EMDR therapy and I worked with different healers whose work I had never experienced before. I also stepped back for awhile from a lot of my work, because this journey caused a series of identity crises, where I re-evaluated my spiritual beliefs. As I worked to rewire my brain and nervous system, I discovered layers of spiritual rot in the systems of online business, coaching, and mentorship that I had not seen as clearly before, and could no longer stand. An important part of my journey centered around creating beliefs and systems that feel ethically and morally right to me, even if they are different from the norm.
In the depths of this healing journey, I lost a lot of “friends”, because I started to see so clearly the people who were truly in my corner, and those who were absolutely not. At the same time, I gained an incredible partner, and deepened my most important relationships, so some really wonderful things came out of this time too!
During one of the traumatic events, I suffered an entity attack. A dark entity anchored itself to my tailbone/sacrum (aka root chakra). It was not in my body, more so it was attached to my field so that when it wanted to, it could pull on my energy and bring me back into deep pain.
It took a few months for the entity to be discovered and cleared.
In that time, I knew something was wrong but hadn’t yet figured out what. This experience initiated me into a deep learning path about how to clear entities. I learned a lot from the shaman who helped me clear this entity and then continued to learn more afterwards because of how intense this experience was.
Because I was working so hard to keep this energy (what I later found out was the entity) as contained and far away from my field as possible (which I’m happy to say worked. No one around me was ever impacted by this energy), I ended up with a greatly injured root chakra, which impacted my lower back immensely and caused horrible pain for a long, long time.
After the entity was cleared, the pain subsided somewhat, but not completely. Healing this pain was a major guide in developing TOTALITY.
Over the course of more than a year, I worked deeply with the Womb Rites I teach, following my womb’s lead in bringing healing to my root chakra. I deepened my study of somatic therapy, trauma healing, parts work and soul healing.
Eventually, I was led to TOTALITY energy. The first time I heard this word come through during a shamanic journey, I had NO idea what it meant. I noted it down and was called back to it a few months later.
TOTALITY was shown to me as the final step in the Womb Rites that I teach in my Shamanic Womb Alchemy School. Totality is a sense of wholeness. Of being complete, connected to yourself, healed within your soul.
TOTALITY is an energetic frequency, that when combined with several processes I use, including the Womb Alchemy Rites, supports the body and soul to integrate deep wholeness.
As always, before I could bring TOTALITY to others, I needed to work with it extensively myself.
So I focused on my root chakra and healing the last pieces of separation in my soul from trauma.
TOTALITY works from the womb out. So when I start working with the energy in a TOTALITY session, we start from the sacral and then pull the energy through the rest of the body. During a healing with TOTALITY, we pay attention to what somatic sensations or messages the body is sending and use these as the roadmap to activate the healing.
So, every time I sat down to learn more about TOTALITY, I’d tap first into my womb to activate the healing, then pull it through the rest of my body. I allowed the energy to show me how to work with it. It showed me the hidden or lost pieces of my soul/self that were preventing my root chakra from stabilizing.
As I worked with each piece, infusing it with TOTALITY, finishing the somatic cycles my body was stuck in, integrating each healed piece into my nervous system, my root chakra felt more and more stable.
And then, on the anniversary of a deeply traumatic event, I found that my emotions were high and my pain was bothering me. I sank into a TOTALITY session, meeting this last, most hidden, most fearful piece. She was scared for her life, running in a loop of fear. I brought TOTALITY to this piece, sat and cried with her, and supported her process, until I was able to guide this story into full completion and integration within my spine + nervous system.
That session ended the loop.
It brought me to a powerful place of totality and wholeness within myself.
The emotions that I was used to showing up from time to time, have never presented themselves again.
The pain in my root chakra/sacrum has completely resolved.
I embodied the healing I’d been working for so long to uncover.
At one point in this journey, I asked my shamanic spirit guides WHY I experienced such a traumatic initiation in 2022.
They told me to keep focused and I could follow this initiation to embody and share a form of (trauma) healing that would work better than anything else I’d found.
This is why I tried different trauma modalities that already exist during my journey. I needed to understand how to target and treat trauma in the body/mind/soul, so that I could see how to combine all my knowledge into one modality.
That healing modality is TOTALITY. TOTALITY is part of the journey of the Shamanic Womb Rites, so to truly understand it, journeying through the rites with the womb is necessary. This is because the womb is the seat of our life force energy. In order to embody our deepest healing and our truest self, we must allow our life force energy to circulate through us. However, I am able to share TOTALITY with clients during healing sessions, so you can enjoy the benefits and healing no matter what.
I have been working with TOTALITY with mentorship clients, womb school students, and soul retrieval clients for the last year. And the results have been incredible. The healing we are tapping into during sessions has increased. We’re breaking patterns and old thought/belief loops faster than ever before. We’re accessing new levels of potential, unlocking inner power, reclaiming parts of self, faster and easier than I’ve ever witnessed before.
TOTALITY works best when used over the course of multiple sessions. In order to get to that root cause healing, we usually need to parse through some layers.
This is revolutionary healing. I do not write that lightly. My greatest goal throughout this intense initiation journey has been to come out the other side with an understanding of how to heal trauma and the nervous system in a new way, a way that would produce results for my clients much faster than what my own journey looked like. And I’m so grateful to say that’s truly what TOTALITY is. No therapy, energy work, reading, etc has produced the type of results I have seen so far with TOTALITY.
