What is Womb Continuum Care?
Womb Continuum Care is bodywork designed to support women from menarche to menopause and beyond.
This is bodywork for women, designed by women.
Womb Continuum Care combines traditional Mexican Abdominal Massage, Rolfing-inspired fascial work, Scar Tissue and adhesion work and Craniosacral work for a holistic, integrative approach to women’s care.

Womb Continuum Care supports:

Scar tissue or adhesion healing
Past surgery / trauma healing
Hysterectomy / oophorectomy healing

Womb Continuum Care is not suitable for:
Anyone with an IUD, or using a Nuvaring, nexplanon or arm implant for birth control
Mesh in the body may be a contra-indication based on where it is — please reach out to discuss
If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, then please wait to schedule until you reach your second trimester
Anyone in active addiction
Anyone following a strictly vegan diet
Sessions are available in Des Moines, IA and the surrounding area. You can come to my space or I am available to travel to you.
Pricing for Des Moines (+10% surcharge if I travel to you):
- 2 hour session of Womb Continuum Care: $175
- 90 minute session of Womb Continuum Care: $150
You may also wish to combine Womb Continuum care with Biomagnetism (a wonderful combination!).
If you wish to combine both modalities into one session, the minimum session time is 2 hours. You’ll receive 90 minutes of Womb Continuum Care, and 30 minutes of Biomagnetism: $175.
Sessions are also available by request in Kansas City, MO/KS. Sessions in KC will have a price surcharge for travel. Please reach out for information and to book.
