A 6-month journey to become your own healer.
In this 6 month self-healing journey, you will learn how to become your own multi-dimensional healer through bridging ancient Earth and cosmic Akashic wisdom.
HEAL is designed to remind you of your deep well of power. To teach you the tools you need to feel resourced and at peace during your life journey.
It is designed to remind you: you are your own healer.
You already are functioning as your own healer to an extent - but you’re ready to learn even more. You’re ready to learn how to heal yourself from the root of your DNA all the way to your present-day self. You desire more connection to your gifts and your spiritualty, more connection to your body, emotions, and inner guidance.
And if you’re here right now - you know that the “love and light” paradigm that tells you to focus on the positive and manifest healing just DOES NOT WORK.
You’ve tried it that way and you’re still on a healing journey - because we can’t bypass our shadows on a healing journey. To become your own healer, you have to look at your shadows and your past, and make peace with them. It is time to be at peace in your healing journey.
And beyond this, you are ready for true guidance, for processes that really work, to bring you into the shadows that hold you back and teach you to transmute them to light.
HEAL is designed to grow your confidence in your healing abilities. As a result of this program, you will be able and ready to help yourself, and if you choose, you can share your healing with others. You will be taught the tools you need to support yourself. You will learn to trust your intuition deeply. In this program, we will work to cultivate a state of spiritual clarity, strengthen your channel, and you will learn about energy and how it works.
In HEAL you will learn:
How to become your own healer
How to live a life that is spiritually aligned, open, connected, and loving. This will allow you to bring more awakening and healing to the collective and everyone you interact with simply by being YOU.
You will also learn these following skills:
How to work with the Elements
How to work with the animals, spirits, and guides in the Akashic field
How to ground into and talk to the body
How to channel 5th & 7th-dimensional energy
How to heal yourself using the Elements
How to do Earth Akashic healing for yourself
How to work in the 23rd dimension of the Akashic Records for your healing
How to release old, stagnant energy from your body in order to heal your life force energy and therefore HEAL your physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies
How to create lasting HEALING in your reality
HEAL is a hybrid 1:1 and group experience.
Each month we work with a theme in our group calls.
Themes for our 6 months are:
Month 1: The journey of Healing (Get off the hamster wheel!)
Month 2: Becoming your own Healer - learn to connect to the Akashic records
Month 3: The metaphysical reasons behind our problems + how to talk to the body
Month 4: Creating a healthy nervous system + Earth Akashic healing
Month 5: Sparking your creativity + an introduction to the Cosmic Womb and Sophia
Month 6: Healing yourself heals the world: walking the path of being your own healer.
Group calls will last 90 minutes to 2 hours, and will include guided meditations/journeys, teachings on the theme of the month, and room for Q&A/community connection.
For our individual sessions, we will identify goal(s) to work towards together throughout our 6 months.
Start date information:
The first group HEAL call will be on Tuesday, May 21st or Friday May 24th. Exact date TBD, but will be announced when we are closer to the start.
The program continues for 6 months, so will end November 30th, 2024.
All of your 1:1 sessions must be scheduled before that date.
The tiers of HEAL
HEAL is a 6 month program; prices below are per month.
Tier 1: $377 per month. You receive 2 individual 60-minute sessions per month + access to 2 group sessions every month.
Tier 2: $277 per month. You receive 1 individual 60-minute session per month + access to 2 group sessions every month. .
Scholarship tier : $111 per month (3 spots available): You receive 1 individual 60-minute session per month + access to 2 group sessions every month.
(Please reach out directly if you would like to be considered for a scholarship spot. These spots are for those who cannot pay the normal pricing without putting themselves into financial hardship, and who can show me they are truly invested in being present with this work for the full 6 months).
Important notes: All HEAL members will have access to a Facebook group for connection. This is also where all recordings of our bi-monthly calls will live.
You are welcome to email me with questions while in the program, but there is no 1:1 WhatsApp or messaging support for any tiers of HEAL. Emails will be responded to within 2 business days. Anything you want to share between sessions should be shared within our Facebook group.
GROUP CALLS: 2 live group calls will be held per month. One call will be on a Tuesday evening from 5-7 PM MST, and the other call will be Friday morning from 9-11 AM MST. Dates for each call will be announced prior to the start of each month. All calls will be recorded, so if you can’t make it live sometimes, that’s okay!
There will likely be additional or bonus calls scheduled throughout the program as well, to address the teachings as needed. There will also be additional videos added into the Facebook group for self-study.
Resources: Each member of HEAL will have access to 3 courses: Healing Inside Out, the Elemental Embodiment Journey, and the Chakra Journey, for 12 months. You will be provided with a roadmap of how to work with these courses throughout the program.
